My name is Daniel, I was born in the West coast of Cumbria I was always more interested in urban photography as a young person.

I suppose it is not unique that when you are young to often long for things you don’t have, so with access to the lakes and the amazing views and opportunity for photography I was more excited about taking pictures in cities.

The urban environment makes a great chance for learning compositions with the angles and lines of buildings and man made structures and the people who live among them.

So my time in London was my most formative as a photographer and a person.

Having moved back to Cumbria, I would like to carry on this passion after working as a Medical Photographer for over a decade, and get back to the style of photography I’ve always loved. Thank you!
